WARNING: More than 90% of what is passed off as "authentic Kenpo/Kempo/Kosho history" on the WEB is nothing more than false assertions and undocumented claims.  As soon as something is placed on the web - and remains there for long (unless challenged) it becomes FACT. Then the next person picks it up, assumes its true - and passes it on!

Examples: Mitose returned to Hawaii in 1936 - wrong. He gave out only 5-6 black belts - wrong. Even his place of birth is wrong. I will put up a page of documentation in which James Mitose, in his own words will tell you where he was born - when he went to Japan - how long he studied at the temple on Mt. Kinkai - what he studied, and much more.

For this reason I will be placing SOME of our research documents on the WEB - so you know we have done our "homework"!   I have no intention of placing 35 years of research on the Web for every pseudo KENPO historian to pass off as his own research.

Our Kosho research team has spent over 35 years tracking down this information! Unfortunately, many people doing "RESEARCH" did not know how or where to get this information. Therefore, since they could not find it, they make the simple statement "It does not exist". A good example is James Mitose's birth certificate and the existence of Mt. Kinkai! And the complete lack of any information on James Mitose or his family - most notably the "Yoshida" Clan.
