At central training (CT) we can train you in every phase of running a successful studio:

All training is personally done by Al Tracy or under his supervision!

As early as 1965 Tracys recognized that to be successful in the martial arts a person had to be fully trained - not just in the "physical martial arts" but in the business of running a successful studio.

The Tracy principal is very simple: How can you train someone to run a successful studio if you have never ran one yourself? Even more important: how many successful studios have you operated over how many years?

RULE: The most successful studio owners - were trained in a successful studio, where they were a manager for at least one to two years! Success breeds Success!

The time proven Tracys System is an integrated combination of  practical, effect, self defense (Kenpo) - taught in the best way possible (one on one) - supported by a time proven "business and sales system",  based upon solid business principle; but custom structured in very critical areas to met the unique requirements of the "Oriental" martial arts.

To meet the need for complete training "Tracys" developed "Central Training" in 1965.

CENTRAL TRAINING TODAY

Tracys has a studio devoted exclusively to "professional" training in all phases of Kenpo from the beginner to the most advanced. Instructor training, for yourself or your instructors.  Complete "business" training in every phase of running a successful studio. By appointment only, Al Tracy is available for "Private Instruction; whether it is Kenpo or Business training!

Central Training is located close to the Lexington Airport. Call ahead and give us your flight schedule and we can pick you up and take you back to the airport.

What We Offer

A complete office for business training - computers - printers - scanners! Learn to work with "real business software" designed to make your studio more efficient. Do your own book keeping (a must and a lot easier than you think). Do your own taxes if your are not a corporation! Make your own brochures, flyers, business cards. Design your own Yellow Page ads. Learn how to put out your own "Studio Newsletter" Learn how to design your own web page.

1500sq ft workout area. 20ft high ceiling!

This studio is also used for Video Taping!

All of this plus complete living facilities:

Full kitchen, refrigerator, electric stove with oven, two restrooms, Microwave, double sink, tiled shower, (washer and drier to be added).

Air conditioned, separate upstairs living and sleeping facilities.  Television, VCR's.  We have lots of futons all you need to bring is a light weight sleeping bag, towel, and personal gear.

Bring your own cellular phone - that is all we use ourselves at CT.

There is NO extra charge for using our living facilities!

RULES: No alcohol - no drugs - no minor females!
