Even though it is Kenpo and Ed Parker was my instructor - giving it a 3 *** would be very charitable. Most of the history in the book is wrong - but it does have some interesting - early Kenpo pictures! |

This book is a must for any "American Kenpo" student or instructor! In his final volume -- Ed Parker outline the minimum - standard for each belt: yellow through 3rd Black. He also set up the order in which they should be taught. They are laid out on pages 71-87. |
